What is a shipping label?

A shipping label identifies the sender and delivery address on a package. This form prints address information; it does not provide postage or carrier tracking.

How to print your labels

Enter the return and delivery addresses in mailing order. Choose the Avery number that matches your label sheets.

Avery 5163 labels measure 4 × 2 inches, with 10 labels per sheet. Avery 5164 labels measure 4 × 3⅓ inches, with 6 labels per sheet.

Use Letter paper and 100% scale in the print dialog. Turn off headers and footers. Test the alignment on a plain sheet before you load label stock.

Use Print for completed labels. Print blank form leaves space for handwriting. To save a PDF, use your browser's print dialog.
