Choose a weekly or biweekly timesheet. Enter start and end times with unpaid breaks to calculate hours. The form handles overnight shifts; it does not calculate pay or overtime.
For a meeting or event
Choose the sign-in columns you need, such as a name, organization, or signature. You can print the event details with empty attendance rows.
Use name tags if people need to identify each other. For decisions and actions, use the meeting minutes form in Business documents.
From screen to paper
Print blank or filled
Blank or filled. Open a form to print a blank copy for handwriting. On a tablet or computer, you can fill in the fields before you print.
Paper and PDF. Choose Letter or A4 in the form settings. To save a PDF, use the PDF option if your browser's print dialog offers it.
