How to use this delivery receipt

Enter the sender, recipient, delivery address, date, and order reference. List each item and its unit. Enter the quantity received, including zero when none arrived.

Enter the expected quantity if you know it. The form shows a shortage or overage for that row. If you leave the expected quantity blank, the form does not calculate a difference. Record damaged goods or other issues in the notes. Leave the signature line blank for the recipient to sign by hand.

Each used row needs an item and a quantity received. Quantities accept up to three decimal places and a maximum of 999,999,999.999. Use the same unit for all quantities on a row. Leave unused rows empty.

Start with one empty row. Use Add item in Settings for more, up to 40. Remove a row with its remove button. Undo restores the last removed row. Clear the form asks for confirmation. Item descriptions and row notes support 500 characters. Document notes support 4,000 characters.

Choose Letter or A4 in Settings. Use Print for the completed form, or Print blank form for empty lines. To save a PDF, use your browser's print dialog. Your entries stay in this tab and are not saved. Print before closing or reloading it. Long forms continue onto more pages. Check the print preview at 100% scale.
