How to use this name tag template

Each sheet holds eight tags in two columns. Add up to 80 tags. Duplicate a tag to reuse its details. Name fields accept 60 characters. Organization and role fields accept 80 characters each. Use plain paper; this layout does not match adhesive label sheets.

Choose Letter or A4 in Settings. Use Print to include your entries. Print blank form prints empty fields and keeps your entries on this page. To save a PDF, choose that option in your browser's print dialog.
