Hours = end minus start minus unpaid break. An earlier end means the next day. Totals use exact minutes. Decimal hours show two places.

This removes all entries and resets the form. You cannot undo this action.

How to use this timesheet

Choose Weekly or Biweekly and the day your week starts in Settings. Enter From to fill the dates. Enter each shift's start, end, and unpaid break minutes. Use Add split shift for another shift on the same date.

Choose Letter or A4. Use Print for the completed sheet. To save a PDF, choose that option in your browser's print dialog. Print blank form removes entries, dates, and totals from the printed copy. It keeps all rows. Your entries stay on this page.

Fields on the form

Enter one employee's name, department, and ID. From must match Week starts. To follows the selected period. Changing From changes the daily dates. Split-shift dates, times, and notes stay in place. Check them against the new period.

Use times such as 08:00 or 8:00 AM. The time format setting changes how valid times appear. Breaks are whole unpaid minutes; leave a break blank for zero. Use the notes for sites, tasks, or time off. Sign the sheet and use the supervisor line for approval.

Limits

Weekly starts with 7 daily rows; Biweekly starts with 14. Add split shifts up to 28 rows in total. Remove split shifts with the row button. Undo restores the last removed split shift. Clear the form removes all entries after confirmation.

Each shift must be shorter than 24 hours. Equal start and end times mean zero hours. Breaks cannot exceed the shift length. Days worked counts unique shift start dates with positive working time. Overnight shifts count on their start date.

Calculations use exact minutes. Row hours and total hours round separately to two decimal places. Hours cannot be overwritten. The form does not calculate overtime or pay, adjust for daylight saving time, or check for overlapping shifts.

Leave unused rows empty. A row with a time or break needs a date and both times. Notes-only rows record days off without adding hours. Row notes support 500 characters; period notes support 4,000. Print before closing or reloading the page. Entries are not saved.
